Specialty Rental in Unincorporated Grand County

Roll-off dumpsters, jobsite containers, party heaters, forestry tools, and the odd piece that doesn't fit a tidy ad group. This is the catch-all that still has to convert: you landed here because the job is specific. This page is the Unincorporated Grand County version: If your pin is a county road, we still go, with a quoted last mile.

Plenty of Grand County living isn't inside a town limit: Forest Service inholdings, ranch houses, cabin clusters off CR 83 or 5. We serve unincorporated addresses with a quoted delivery after we see the pin, the grade, and the season. Typical delivery $125, window Quoted. A local confirms the final fee before anything is booked. Quoted per pin.

No municipal plow guarantee. Winter delivery depends on your road, not our truck.
County permitting and HOA/metro-district rules still apply for dumpsters and tents.
Cell service drops. Give a backup contact who can meet the driver.

Season

Heaters: August to October and deep winter events. Dumpsters: year-round, snow-load and HOA permitting aside. Forestry: after snowmelt and inside fire restrictions.

If the county hasn't plowed it, we don't force it. We'll hold your reservation.

On the ground

We deliver across Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Kremmling, Tabernash, and unincorporated Grand County. Delivery is priced by drive distance from whoever is delivering, so fees vary by town and provider. Drops outside town limits are quoted per pin. Berthoud Pass weather can slide a Saturday window. We'll call or email if CDOT holds the pass.
