Weddings in aspen groves, backyard birthdays in Fraser, Main Street festivals in Granby. We rent commercial frame tents, banquet tables, chairs, bounce houses, inflatables, and commercial ice machines — with stakes, weights, a wind plan, and a water line, not a party-store shrug.

Frame tents are the mountain default. Pole tents fight our wind and our dirt. We'd rather send fewer tents that stay up.

Bounce houses and inflatables (jumpers) need a flat, flagged area away from irrigation boxes. Winter Park HOAs often say no; Fraser backyards often say yes.

Ice machines are the thing caterers run out of in July. A commercial cuber for the lodge bar, a cabin undercounter for an STR weekend. Bundle with the cooler trailer if you're holding product, not just drinks.

Chairs and banquet tables bundle with restroom trailers, heaters, and ice for shoulder-season receptions.

Delivery notes

Tent installs are a crew, not a drop. We need a site photo, underground-utility awareness, and a backup if the meadow is soggy.

Seasonal availability

May–October is the tent season. Inflatables pause when temps drop and snow sits. Heaters and ice machines extend shoulder weekends — July weddings book ice first.
