Who these terms cover
These rental terms apply to first-party Grand County Services (GCS Yard) equipment and vehicles. Partner listings may add their own terms at confirmation. Marketplace terms are separate.
Yard address and phone are TBD. We do not invent a storefront. Colorado law governs.
The asset
You rent a specific unit, not a class. One physical asset cannot be double-booked. Seasonal blackouts (lake ice, mud, peak-ski delivery holds) are part of availability, not a surprise.
You inspect at pickup or delivery. Starting the rental is acceptance of condition except hidden defects.
Your job
Licensed, insured where required, and competent on the equipment. Boats and PWCs require a driver who can actually boat. Generators require a level pad and a load that matches the derated kW. You do not take a dump trailer over Berthoud overweight or unsecured.
HOA, STR, county, and fire rules are yours to know. We will refuse a drop that is obviously illegal.
Payment, deposit, taxes
Rates are per day unless a listing says monthly. Delivery is by town. Add-ons are itemized. A damage deposit is quoted on the request and only collected if the rental is confirmed off this form. Posted tax estimate is an estimate until the county says otherwise.
This site does not take payment or place a card hold. A request is a record so the team can follow up — not a charged reservation.
