Climate Control Rental in Unincorporated Grand County

Restaurants, caterers, and general contractors in this county run out of cold space in July and out of laundry in a punch-list December. Request portable cold storage, walk-in cooler and freezer trailers, and washer/dryer sets for buildings still waiting on permanent hookups. This page is the Unincorporated Grand County version: If your pin is a county road, we still go, with a quoted last mile.

Plenty of Grand County living isn't inside a town limit: Forest Service inholdings, ranch houses, cabin clusters off CR 83 or 5. We serve unincorporated addresses with a quoted delivery after we see the pin, the grade, and the season. Typical delivery $125, window Quoted. A local confirms the final fee before anything is booked. Quoted per pin.

No municipal plow guarantee. Winter delivery depends on your road, not our truck.
County permitting and HOA/metro-district rules still apply for dumpsters and tents.
Cell service drops. Give a backup contact who can meet the driver.

Season

Coolers spike Memorial Day to September. Washer/dryer and cold storage run all year. Freezer trailers need extra lead time in July.

If the county hasn't plowed it, we don't force it. We'll hold your reservation.

On the ground

These units need a reasonably level pad and a power plan. We'll confirm amp draw before we leave the yard. Grand Lake boardwalk sites get a staging plan.
